At Eni, we are looking for a Growth Manager within Plenitude Iberia in Madrid, Spain. You will be responsible for driving the growth of the digital business by engaging customers through digital marketing channels (SEA, Affiliation, Display, Paid Social) and broker/comparator websites and looking for a key profile in its digital transformation journey. It plays a key role in the digital sales and marketing team, devising the digital proposition to enable successful sales stories and solid sales results. A multi-faceted skill set of a marketer with great business sense, fluent in marketing technology, performance marketing, user experience, and financial discipline: he/she is the engine of the digital sales channel to build great customer experiences and deliver effective value for the company.

As a member of the IT & communication department at Plenitude Iberia you will be responsible for:

Managing budget across channels, monitoring campaign performance, tracking KPIs, and identifying areas for improvement.
Revising internal campaigns for conversion and lead generation with effective analysis of customer journey and attribution model.
Volume/cost forecasting and planning.
Managing and leading relationships with digital media agencies and key partners on a day-to-day basis.
Collaborating and maintaining relationships with stakeholders (e.g., P&L owners, Finance, IT) and the central organization.
Ensuring the success and budgetary execution of the strategy, by managing internal escalations and removing bottlenecks with internal and external partners.

This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements:

Degree in economics, engineering, and marketing.
Previous experience in a similar position.
Knowledge of digital retail (B2C) and retail media practices for sales.
Excellent knowledge of display ADV, SEO/SEM, PPC/PPL/PPA, affiliate, and comparison websites.
Good knowledge of media analytics tools such as Google Analytics, multivariate testing tools, etc.
Knowledge of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) framework.
Experience in managing digital media budgets as well as coordinating agencies, media partners, and comparison sites.
Communicative and able to convey ideas or designs effectively. Resolute, committed, and well organized, used to working with high volumes of work and in international environments. Native Spanish is required, as fluency in English.
