About the Job : We are seeking an ambitious and creative Growth Lead to oversee global market expansion and drive high-impact marketing strategies.
Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), you will be at the forefront of scaling our Acquiring and Banking as a Service (BaaS) offerings, propelling our brand and revenue growth across diverse, international markets.
As the Growth Lead, you will craft and execute multi-channel marketing strategies that capture the attention of our target audiences (merchants), maximize market penetration, and accelerate revenue growth.
What You'll Do : Develop and execute advanced multichannel campaigns across performance marketing, brand and events.
Plan and manage Google PPC campaigns, optimizing for maximum conversion.
Lead SEO initiatives to enhance organic search rankings and drive traffic to our Payments and BaaS offerings, using data-driven keyword strategies and content optimization.
Forge and maintain strong relationships with key influencers in the fintech and payments industry to amplify our brand reach and credibility.
Collaborate with the sales and product development teams to ensure marketing strategies align with business goals and customer needs.
Regularly analyze and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies to continually improve lead quality and revenue growth.
Work closely with a successful and highly specialized marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence in digital marketing.
Collaboration and Integration: Work closely with other marketing and sales teams to ensure PPC campaigns are aligned with broader marketing strategies and company goals.
Market and Competitor Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor strategies, and market changes to adapt and optimize PPC campaigns accordingly.
Long-Term Strategy Development: Contribute to the long-term strategy, including testing new platforms and technologies to stay ahead of the curve.
Who You Are : Minimum of 8 years in marketing, with a significant focus on both digital and offline strategies , ideally within the payments or fintech sectors.
Proven ability to drive results across diverse marketing channels.
Demonstrated leadership experience, with at least 3 years overseeing integrated marketing teams and campaigns.
This includes managing and executing strategies across digital platforms as well as offline initiatives such as events, partnerships, and experiential marketing.
Certifications: Google Ads, Bing Ads, or other relevant PPC certifications are desirable but not required.
SEO Understanding: A solid grasp of SEO fundamentals and how they complement PPC to enhance overall digital marketing efforts.
Creative Design: Basic skills in creative design for ad creation and landing page optimization are beneficial.
Project Management: Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, with the ability to lead and manage campaign projects effectively.
Analytical Skills: Exceptional ability to analyze data, interpret metrics, and make informed decisions to optimize campaign performance.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills for crafting compelling ad copy and presenting campaign results.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail with the capacity to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
Required Qualifications or Skills : Bachelor's or Master's degree (Marketing, Business, or related fields desired but not necessary).
Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, with specialized skills in Google PPC, SEO, and influencer marketing.
Strong analytical skills to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
Platform/Software Experience : Expertise in Google Ads for PPC campaigns, with a track record of optimizing for high ROI.
Deep knowledge of Salesforce and sales pipeline management.
Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz for comprehensive keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO tracking.
Experience with influencer marketing platforms and tools for identifying, engaging, and measuring influencer campaign success.
