Our mission is to be "ready for tomorrow" and to provide our customers with a sense of stability in the everchanging financial landscape and an opportunity to be prepared for whatever the tomorrow of business brings their way, so that while others observe, they can already take an advantage.About the Job:We are seeking an ambitious and creative Growth Lead to oversee global market expansion and drive high-impact marketing strategies.Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), you will be at the forefront of scaling our Acquiring and Banking as a Service (BaaS) offerings, propelling our brand and revenue growth across diverse, international markets.As the Growth Lead, you will craft and execute a multi-channel marketing strategy that captures the attention of our target audiences (merchants), maximizes market penetration, and accelerates revenue growth.What You'll Do:Develop and execute advanced multichannel campaigns across performance marketing, brand and eventsPlan and manage Google PPC campaigns, optimizing for maximum conversionLead SEO initiatives to enhance organic search rankings and drive traffic to our Payments and BaaS offerings, using data-driven keyword strategies and content optimizationForge and maintain strong relationships with key influencers in the fintech and payments industry to amplify our brand reach and credibilityCollaborate with the sales and product development teams to ensure marketing strategies align with business goals and customer needsRegularly analyze and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies to continually improve lead quality and revenue growthWork closely with a successful and highly specialized marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence in digital marketingCollaboration and Integration: Work closely with other marketing and sales teams to ensure PPC campaigns are aligned with broader marketing strategies and company goalsMarket and Competitor Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor strategies, and market changes to adapt and optimize PPC campaigns accordinglyLong-Term Strategy Development: Contribute to the long-term strategy, including testing new platforms and technologies to stay ahead of the curve.Who You Are:Minimum of 8 years in marketing, with a significant focus on both digital and offline strategies, ideally within the payments or fintech sectors. Proven ability to drive results across diverse marketing channels.Demonstrated leadership experience, with at least 3 years overseeing integrated marketing teams and campaigns. This includes managing and executing strategies across digital platforms as well as offline initiatives such as events, partnerships, and experiential marketing
