This includes managing external and internal communications to engage cross-functional teams around shared growth objectives.You'll work closely with leadership to ensure that internal teams and are engaged, informed, and aligned with the agency's marketing vision and strategic goalsKey ResponsibilitiesGrowth Strategy Development:Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies that combine external communications (organic social media, thought leadership, speaking engagements) with internal communications (case studies, newsletters, employee engagement).Identify new opportunities for growth, including speaking engagements, partnerships, awards.External Communications:Alongside our Strategy team, lead the agency's social media strategy, creating and executing organic campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok to build our brand, recruit and employee engagementSecure speaking opportunities at industry events, webinars, podcasts, and conferences to position the agency as a thought leader in the digital advertising space.Oversee the creation and distribution of public-facing content, including blogs, articles, whitepapers, and press releases, to boost the agency's visibility and credibility.Engage directly with online communities, responding to comments and fostering discussions that enhance brand engagement.Internal Communications:Ensure alignment across teams by developing and maintaining internal communication strategiesProvide clear, consistent updates on marketing initiatives, performance, and goals to internal stakeholders, ensuring transparency and cohesive teamworkLead the end-to-end process for pitches and new business presentations, coordinating seamlessly across creative, design, and account management teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and maximize impact.Client Acquisition & Lead Generation:Develop integrated strategies for lead generation, utilizing organic social media, content marketing, and speaking opportunities to increase brand visibility and attract new clients.Build the customer database to optimize the lead-to-client conversion process, ensuring that leads are efficiently nurtured and converted
