This position directly impacts the foundational cost structure of our fruit production while ensuring timely and accurate calculations that are essential to our growers across Europe, Africa, and the Americas.
As part of our global operations, you will collaborate with diverse stakeholders and departments to manage financial settlements, payments, and reporting.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a key function within an international organization.ResponsibilitiesManage grower payments and advances on time.Oversee the payment of procurement deals.Monitor grower balances (Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable).Calculate grower settlement returns accurately and promptly.Maintain and manage master data related to grower settlements.Participate in projects aimed at process improvements.Collaborate with growers, operations, finance teams, and other key stakeholders.Assist in month-end closing tasks and perform reconciliations.Candidate ProfileEducation & Training- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.Experience- 1-3 years in a financial role within a commercial organization.Language Skills- Advanced proficiency in English (mandatory).- Spanish proficiency is an advantage.Technical Skills- Proficient in Microsoft Office (advanced or intermediate level).- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.Core CompetenciesStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.A collaborative team player with the ability to work cross-functionally.About DriscollsDriscoll's is the global market leader for fresh strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and blackberries.
