Groups Manager Santa Susanna

We are seeking a Groups Manager to join our team in Catalonia. As a Groups Manager, you will coordinate the Groups & Incentives Department in accordance with the directives of the central management, ensuring that the objectives set by the company are met.

Responsibilities:
Coordinate the Groups & Incentives team of Catalonia to attend to our clients' needs.
Provide fast and efficient responses to incoming commercial quotations.
Ensure quality and efficiency of operations (deadlines, customer-supplier invoicing).
Develop an Annual Budget that meets the company's objectives.
Act as the point of contact for providers, suppliers, incoming agencies, and tour operators to ensure the quality of service.
Prepare and send detailed proposals and PowerPoint presentations to clients.
Negotiate prices with suppliers.
Provide detailed and clear reports prior to the start of events, ensuring that everyone involved has the information they need.
Follow up on events before, during, and after with the client directly.
