You will safeguard these pillars and their strategic planning and development, ensuring all directives, practices, and initiatives are implemented, embraced, and adopted within the resort.Duties and ResponsibilitiesAs Groups Events Executive, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing group bookings and events, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for our clients and guests.
The duties and responsibilities will include:Handle inquiries and coordinate group bookings, ensuring all details are accurately documented and communicated to relevant teams.Coordinate and execute all aspects of group bookings and events, from initial planning to post-event evaluation.Ensure follow-ups for conversion are executed in a timely manner.Maintain good, positive, collaborative relationships with other departments across the hotel including Front of House, FB, and Finance.Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the event planning process.Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and tailor event packages to meet their needs.Oversee logistical details such as venue selection, catering, entertainment, and audio-visual requirements.Prepare and provide necessary information to operational teams for smooth event execution via BEO meetings.QualificationsTo execute the position of Groups Events Executive, you must have the required qualifications, technical skills, and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results, including the following:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Proven experience in event coordination and planning, preferably in a similar role.Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with meticulous attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM tools.Fluent in English and proficient in Spanish.Valid Spanish Work permit or European Union citizenship is required for this role.The above is intended to provide an overview of the role and responsibilities for a Groups Events Executive at Six Senses Ibiza.
