As an intern in the GM&E department, you will support sales strategies to maximize lead conversion and revenue, supporting a culture of high quality standards and proactive selling.
Specifically, you will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
Maximize revenue opportunities for conference and banquet hostingAssist in the review of business plans and ensure proactive measures to meet set goalsSeek opportunities to increase sales and conversionsContribute to the hotel's sales strategyUnderstand the market and implement approaches to ensure the hotel remains at the forefront of the local marketManage an events calendar to maximize performanceDevelop strong relationships with clients to fully understand their needsOrganize and support hotel inspection visitsEnsure the complete administration and execution of planned eventsParticipate in promotional activities for the hotelWhat are we looking for?
