Will you join us?Group ConciergeThe Group Concierge is responsible for ensuring an exceptional experience for groups during their stay at our destination. Through proactive communication and personalized attention, the Group Concierge coordinates all services required for their stay, from pre-arrival planning to departure assistance.Key ResponsibilitiesPre-Arrival Communication: Establish contact with the group leader or organizer to gather detailed information about their preferences and requirements. Provide relevant information about the destination, including recommendations for activities and services.Arrival Assistance: Provide a warm welcome to the group upon arrival at the airport, assisting with transportation and providing 24/7 contact information. Provide information on the location of the hospitality desk at the hotel, different communication channels, and the Nexus mobile app.Service Coordination: Organize and coordinate all services requested by the group, including transportation, tours, and activities. Resolve any issues or inconveniences that may arise during the stay.Public Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for the group, maintaining open and transparent communication. Promote NexusTours DMC services.Language Assistance: Provide language assistance when necessary.Emergency Preparedness: Be prepared to handle any emergencies that may arise, following established protocols.Follow-up and Evaluation: Collect guest feedback to improve services and the overall experience.RequirementsExperience: Previous experience in the hospitality or tourism industry, with a focus on customer service.Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English. Strong organizational and time management skills. Customer-oriented and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of the area and its attractions.Knowledge: Proficiency in computer tools. Knowledge of service protocols and customer service. Desired Skills: Knowledge of multiple languages (Spanish, English, French). Experience in customer service.
