You will be joining the Growth Team that is responsible for: Define and develop the growth strategy of the company. Identify and develop international geographical expansion opportunities. Identify and develop new growth channels. Explore "grey label" opportunities, resellers partnerships, joint ventures, and other growth strategies by market. Develop the B2B and B2B2C strategies and key markets. Manage new channels P&Ls. Coordinate and align resources across the company to develop the business: Finance, Call Centre, Operations, Technology, Product and Marketing. Establish local alliances to build strategic partnerships to drive company growth. Explore and lead M&A opportunities that complement Exoticca's growth. What is our proposal? As a Group Travel Specialist you are responsible for:
Receiving and handling the group's travel requests from travel advisors in the US and Canada Participating in the creation of their quotes and work with the advisors until the quote is accepted or declined. When the price is accepted by the travel advisor, your job will be to handle the process of creating reservations in Exoticca´s system and provide with all the booking tools the travel advisor might need to start booking their customers. Track the group performance. Pass the off line booking to the B2B Call Center Sales team. Travel Advisor or Customer Service in Travel experience. Communication skills (written and verbal). Fluency in English. Organization. GDS and Computer Skills. There is a great deal of multi-tasking involved in these roles and your ability to quickly and confidently navigate a number of systems at once will be vital. Sales experience will be beneficial to negotiate prices with the TA. Competitive compensation package in line with job responsibilities and experience.
