Over the recent years, we have developed our own Leadership Model, which sets clear expectations of how we lead at Verisure.At the Group Talent & Development team, you will be surrounded by strong, well-rounded profiles, trained to, and focused on helping you thrive as a professional.Main responsibilities will include: Design and structure the Leadership development intranet to facilitate efficient document sharing (before, during, and after the learning programmes are delivered) and collaboration across multiple countries (+17) and Group Functions.Prepare materials to ensure high-impact discussions and facilitations with leaders from all geographies related to Leadership Development initiatives.Contribute to supporting the team in the development of other global high-impact Leadership development-related projects that might come up throughout the year.Support the development of a strategic plan to build and maintain an engaged leadership development program alumni.
Create and manage a database of alumni from the leadership development programmes, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate alumni into broader organisational goals and initiatives.Monitor and assess the effectiveness of leadership development alumni and initiatives, adjusting as needed to improve engagement.Identify and create valuable content and initiatives for the leadership alumni community.Gather feedback from the alumni to continuously improve the quality and relevance of the content and projects provided.Investigate possible use of AI and follow up the leadership development initiatives: Research and evaluate potential artificial intelligence (AI) applications to enhance leadership development initiatives.Identify and analyse AI tools and platforms that could automate and personalize alumni interactions.Develop and implement AI-driven strategies for tracking participation and interactions within the leadership development initiatives.Stay updated on advancements in AI technology and recommend innovative approaches through AI.Explore ways to use AI to propose and share follow-up content post-learning programmes.LocationThe position is full-time and based in Madrid (under a hybrid work-from-home policy of 2 days at home per week with two weeks per year to work wherever you prefer).Candidate profileExperiences & QualificationsWe are looking for a high potential / top performer individual, proactive, and solution-oriented person who is looking for a challenging yet rewarding job:Top-tier education background with a minimum of a bachelor's degree in psychology, social sciences, business administration, or related fields.Nice to have: A master's degree in human resources.Strong analytical skills, coupled with very strong attention to detail and Excel skills.Strong written and oral communication capabilities to support the creation and presentation of slides in PowerPoint.
Familiarity with digital and AI skills is an assetNice to have: Experience in international multi-cultural environments and with diverse teams.
