Responsibilities The Group Supply Chain & Procurement ESG advisor will support the integration of ESG in the Supply Chain and Procurement function managing the following projects: Development and rollout of the Sustainable Sourcing Handbook throughout the Organization.
Implementation of the Sustainable Sourcing training plans.
Location The position will be based in Madrid (Spain), Pan European travel may be required.
Reports and organization structure Direct reporting line into the Group Supply Chain & Procurement ESG Manager.
Candidate Profile Experiences and Qualifications We see this role as critical for the achievement of Verisure's growth and organizational transformation goals.
We are looking for experienced professionals with more than 5 years of Project Management experience in a top-tier consulting firm and/or in industry supply chain and Operations.
Proven analytic skills, including mining, evaluation, analysis, and visualization.
Technical writing experience in relevant areas, including queries, reports, and presentations.
Efficient problem-solving skills, leading the team to face any upcoming hurdles and challenges.
Impact-oriented with a focus on impact measurement.
Entrepreneurial and committed, with a strong hands-on approach.
Strong interpersonal skills and experience working in an international, multicultural setting.
Strong motivational skills.
Structured, detail-oriented, and capable of understanding the big picture.
Strong written and oral communication capabilities for creating and presenting slides.
Very fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish (other languages will be a plus: German, Italian, French, Swedish).
Bachelor's degree in mathematics, Economics or similar.
