The purpose of the position is to support with the management of group opportunities received from a portfolio of Hilton Worldwide Sales managed accounts, who are looking to work with Hilton Worldwide properties and destinations.
Working under the direction and guidance of the Manager Hilton Direct, the primary focus of this role is to provide administrative and system inputting support, ensure hotel proposals are submitted on time and in form to the Hilton Direct Account Executives, which will in turn increase productivity of existing relationships both at a customer and hotel level.
Position SummaryTo provide administrative and system inputting (Salesforce) support in the management of group opportunities from the managed portfolio of accounts, and liaise with hotel colleagues for initial proposals.
