Proven leadership experience in Sales management with the ability to manage direct reports.Track record of implementing projects.A proactive mindset with the ability to drive change.Strong commitment to diversity, equality, and inclusion.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Passion for sustainability and community engagement.Experience in capitalized financed sales.Preferred experience in Sales Management within a Material Handling / plant / equipment hire, ME Engineering contracting, or transport/logistics background, but candidates with relevant Sales Manager experience from any background will be considered.Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales plans to enhance performance.Lead and inspire a team to achieve excellence.Revive poor business and operational performance.Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to support the growth and sustainability of the business.Manage change processes effectively.Ensure that standards are exceeded and maintain those standards.Build strong working relationships with customers, suppliers, and staff.Coach and develop team members to reach their potential.Develop and manage the people plan to create an adaptive and proactive team.Full responsibility for fiscal performance and P&L.Align with the strategic plan and report to the board.Determine team and customer needs through a consultative approach.Liaise with all departments.Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.Hold a valid permit to work in the UK.Even if you don't tick all the boxes, alignment with our values is more important, so please still apply!
