Group Reporting and Consolidation Manager Guardar Important multinational industrial Group is hiring a Group Reporting & Consolidation Manager.As the Group Consolidation and Reporting Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with and driving improvements in consolidation and reporting policies, corporate accounting, and financial reporting practices in line with international standards. Your goal will be to maintain the integrity and transparency of financial information.Main responsibilities:Oversee financial policies, procedures, controls, and reporting systems.Preparation and review of Group Reporting PackagesManage accounting operations across multiple locations.Supervise the operations and organizational structure of accounting departmentsEnsure compliance to ES-GAAP, IFRS, and statutory requirementsManage consolidation processes.Issue financial statements under Local GAAP and IFRS.Monitor debt levels and ensure compliance with covenantsManage government reporting and tax filingsCoordinate with external auditorsCoordinate the financial reporting closing processesTeam management (both local and across different locations)Manage accounting procedures related to M&A operationsRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Economics or Business AdministrationMinimum 6 years experience in similar positions (previous Big4 audit experience is essential).High level of EnglishExperience in team management#J-18808-Ljbffr
