We bring together the best minds and pursue the most promising science.Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performance channel marketing and training team within a matrixed organization.Channel Marketing: Develop and implement channel-specific marketing strategies and lead KAM resources development to drive product performance, focusing on delivering clinical, operational, and economic value to Population Health Decision Makers.KAM Training: Lead learning and development initiatives for the KAM team to enhance effectiveness and execution with key decision-makers.Data-Driven Insights: Utilize analytics and strategic insights to shape channel strategies, track performance, and optimize outcomes.Strategic Planning: Essential leader in the creation of business plans, leader of the tactical channel marketing strategies, and budget management, ensuring seamless coordination with the broader Neuroscience franchise.Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Key Account Management (KAM), Market Access, Real World Evidence, Customer Marketing, Insights & Analytics, and Policy teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of brand and TA Objectives.Qualifications: Experience: Minimum 8 years in pharmaceutical commercial roles, including 2 years in Market Access or Key Account Marketing and people leadership experience.Leadership: Proven ability to lead in a matrix environment, drive strategic thinking, and influence cross-functional teams.Skills: Strong communication, relationship building, data-driven decision-making, vendor management, and negotiation capabilities.Education: Bachelor's degree required, MBA or Master's preferred.The base pay range for this position is $142k to $245k. The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus, which is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year.
