YOUR TASKS:
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Group Lead to head our Special Projects Team focused on the most critical topics of spare parts procurement within Global Service Spare parts Management area.
Management responsibility for an intercultural team of 5 White Collar employees.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Special projects Team.
Develop and implement strategic plans for special projects, aligning with organizational goals.
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple procurement projects simultaneously.
Champion the use of Design Thinking methodologies to drive innovative solutions.
Identify and implement best practices in spare parts procurement and supply chain management.
Act as the primary liaison between the Special Projects Team and senior management, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Communicate project status, progress, and outcomes effectively to all stakeholders.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
Conduct regular project reviews and retrospectives to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
YOUR PROFILE:
Ideally, you have 6 years of experience in supply chain management, project and process management. Well-founded thinking in SAP structures complements your profile.
Master's degree in business administration, Economics or Engineering, preferably with a focus on supply chain management or logistics.
Several years of professional experience in the areas of material planning, demand management, tactical procurement as well as supplier management.
Fluent in English; ideally also Spanish and/or German on a good level.
Experience of leadership as well as deep knowledge in project, lean and change management would be desirable.
Motivated and committed personality with a high degree of drive and ownership.
Excellent analytical, negotiation and communication skills.
Strong customer orientation and ability to work in an international team.
Experience in working with different business cultures and building strong personal relationships.
Profound knowledge of SAP ECC (mainly module MM) and MS Office; additional expertise in SAP S/4 Hana and Teamcenter would be beneficial.
Willingness to travel regularly, especially between the company locations in DE-Hamburg, DE-Rostock and ES-Pamplona; the position will be based in ES-Pamplona.
