.Group Lead Quality, Processes and Audits Global Engineering (m/f/d) REQUISITION ID: 8546 LOCATION: Sarriguren, ES, 31621 Hamburg, DE, 22419 DEPARTMENT: Engineering YOUR TASKS: Coordination and execution of process development campaigns within the Global Engineering organization in cooperation with external stakeholders, responsible for all required tasks to successfully conduct internal and external QHSE-audits (in particular for ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 standards) and Information Security audits (ISO 27001). Management of GLF ENG related processes ensuring proper alignment across all functions and related processes. Coordination of different initiatives across GLF ENG for proper process alignment. Coordination of interfaces with external stakeholders for alignment regarding processes and operative decisions. Identification of proper KPIs for process efficiency and effectiveness measurement. Definition of improvement measurements. Hosting different process rounds in GLF ENG: process-specific Ambassador rounds, regular rounds with process owners, etc. Representing GLF ENG in different process community rounds and QHSE organization. Coordination of internal and external QHSE-audits, including aligning audit agenda and execution with QHSE department, Certification Body and Global Engineering organization, coordinating and supporting audit preparation, following-up on subsequent tasks and findings from previous audits. People Leadership: Manage a team of Process & Audits Managers in Global Engineering. YOUR PROFILE: M.Sc in Engineering or any other Technical or Management M.Sc. background. Experience in process visualization and management software and tools, e.G. BIC, MS-Visio, etc., as well as advanced user skills with MS Office software applications. Teamwork, creativity, attention to detail, good communication skills, leadership skills. Languages/Level: English C1, valuable German and Spanish. Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience working in Process and Audits Management, preferably in the field of renewable energy/aerospace/automotive industries.
