As a result, Verisure is reinforcing its team with an exciting, rewarding, and impactful position to support its ambitious growth plan.Verisure is seeking for a talented Group HR Project Management Analyst to join our growing Group HR PMO team, in which you will be surrounded by strong profiles passionate about HR, who will focus on helping you thrive as a professional.Key ResponsibilitiesThe Group HR Project Management Analyst will report to the Group HR PMO Manager and will work closely with other colleagues in the Group HR team and in other Group Functions.
In this position, the successful candidate will:Drive continuous improvement of our HR business processes, by translating HR and business needs into actionable plans and projects, in partnership with other HR teams.Project manage and execute HR projects from conception to completion, considering initiatives with different scopes: i) global cross-functional projects, ii) initiatives targeted for specific Group Functions, or iii) projects linked to annual and business HR processes.Ensure timely delivery, alignment with the stakeholders involved and with the organizational objectives, and a successful change management.Establish a trusted advisory partnership with our HRBPs, other Group HR teams and business stakeholders to provide strategic and operational HR support.CANDIDATE PROFILEExperience & QualificationsWe are looking for a high potential / top performer individual 2-3 years in consulting and/or in a project management role, or equivalent experience to obtain the same set of skills: analytical skills, high problem-solving capacity, project management...Minimum of a bachelor's degree (ideally in Business Administration or Engineering).Concretely, it would be highly valuable experience in:Leading projects related to process improvement and change management.Liaising with internal stakeholders ideally as part of a global team, ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team, proven ability to lead through influence, and experience facilitating decision-making.Using Excel and PowerPoint with high proficiency, to demonstrate insights, influence stakeholders and support decision making.Working in other HR departments, familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures in the field, including C&B, Recruiting, Performance and Talent Management and Learning.Fluent English (C1 equivalent or more) and Spanish.CompetenciesA match to our culture.
