Your missionWe are looking for a forward-thinking, experienced finance professional who is ready to take on the challenge of transforming Alan's finance processes.The Group Financial Controller needs to master every process with a potential impact on Alan's finances, define and design the data structure needed to track them and build the source of truth that will be used for the production of financials and all dashboards used in the company.The ideal candidate will not only bring a strong foundation in finance and accounting, acting as the trusted guardian of our financial integrity and obligations but will also embody the innovation and leadership necessary to propel Alan towards its ambitious growth and eventual transition to a publicly listed company.? What you will do ? Global Financial Stewardship: Take charge of producing all financial information for the entire Alan group, spanning 6 entities across 3 countries (and counting)
