Group Finance Director

Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a financial strategy for the group, aligned with its long-term goals and objectives.
This includes analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion, and evaluating potential risks.
Partner with the ownership and country managers to provide insights and support critical decisions.
Lead strategic transactions, including mergers, acquisitions and PMI.
Oversee financial operations tailored to a fast-paced distribution environment, focusing on revenue models and cost management.
Implement advanced financial tools and analytics to drive efficiency and real-time reporting.
Implement robust risk management practices across the group, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and best practices.
Identify and mitigate financial risks, including currency fluctuations, country-specific regulations, and geopolitical factors.
Oversee liquidity management, cash flow forecasting, and capital structure optimization to ensure efficient utilization of financial resources.
Develop and implement strategies for managing foreign exchange exposure and hedging currency risks across various international markets.
Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.
Candidate Profile BA Degree, MBA.
5+ years in corporate senior financial leadership roles, proven experience in Private Equity-backed environments will be a plus.
Strong technical background with an strong business mindset.
High level of English.
