We are seeking a talented, analytical, curious, and empathetic Group Consumer Insights Manager to accelerate the transformation of the Marketing Consumer Insights function within Verisure.This role will join our growing and successful Group Marketing Team, reporting to the Head of Consumer Insights, and will bring the Voice of the Consumer to influence decisions on Brand Communications, Innovation Developments, and other areas related to Acquisition Strategy, at Group level and in our 17 markets.You will be expected to impact quickly and develop as the business grows.The company's success depends on its people and it invests in them every day. Working with Verisure is being part of an industry-leading world-class company that has a strong entrepreneurial spirit.Strategic Context and Key ResponsibilitiesThe Group Consumer Insights Manager will be a core member of the Group Marketing team, supporting the transformation of the Consumer Insights marketing capabilities and growing its business impact across our markets.This will require very strong analytical skills, a high level of empathy with consumers, and a strong ability to listen/connect with stakeholders across the company.As priorities, you will:Lead the end-to-end design and delivery of consumer and market research projects, including proposal development, supervision of sample recruitment, questionnaire design, data analysis, and final report preparation and presentation.Support brand & mass media communication efforts, assessing TV copies' impact on consumers and identifying top-performing marketing claims.Lead cross-functional strategic projects to identify untapped insights for new products and services that both strengthen customer satisfaction and create leads and bookings for our sales force.Bring strong consumer insights to the product and service innovation teams, to help shape the innovation roadmap.Propose innovative ways and explore new opportunities to conduct market research and improve consumer understanding.Support our Group Brand Director and Chief Marketing Officer on other ad-hoc requests, such as Board and Management team meetings presentations.Candidate ProfileExperiences and QualificationsAt least 5 years of relevant work experience in market research/consumer insights, preferably on FMCG, technology services, and/or research agencies.Successfully achieved a bachelor's degree in business management, economics, marketing, engineering, finance, or other analytical field with a consistent outstanding academic record.CompetenciesStrong empathy and ability to connect to the reality of people/emotions/actions that are behind consumer data.Deep knowledge of both quantitative and qualitative research techniques.Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills and great attention to detail.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Strong interpersonal skills and experience working in an international, multicultural setting - ability to build relationships and work effectively with people at all levels in an organization.Self-motivated individual, able to work independently and take the initiative, consulting as appropriate and showing good team working skills.Fluent in both written and spoken English and Spanish; French is a plus.Experience and competence using Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
