Job Purpose Oversee and evaluate safety risks within the Ground Operations, following regulatory standards and internal protocols, to ensure operational safety and compliance. Main Responsibilities - Tasks Manage the Ground Operations safety program. Facilitate the implementation of safety protocols in the Ground Operations area. Identify root causes of safety incidents, implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences, and enhance overall operational safety. Provide timely and accurate information on the company's safety concerns, enabling informed decision-making and proactive risk management. Ensure the Ground Operations comply with the latest national and international safety regulations and best practices. Main Relationships Safety Department - Flight Operations - Compliance Department Education Degree in Aerospace Engineering or Aeronautical Management, strong educational background in aerospace or aeronautical disciplines. Experience 3 years of experience in Ground Operations 3 years of experience working with safety and compliance departments to address safety issues and implement corrective actions. Familiarity with Safety Management Systems (SMS) principles and practices. Competencies Good communication and problem-solving skills Good organizational and multitasking skills Ability to work in a team and independently.
