We hope the information you find here encourages you to apply so we can get to know you and stay connected.Job PurposeOversee and evaluate safety risks within the Ground Operations, following regulatory standards and internal protocols, to ensure operational safety and compliance.Main Responsibilities - TasksManage the Ground Operations safety program.Facilitate the implementation of safety protocols in the Ground Operations area.Identify root causes of safety incidents, implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences, and enhance overall operational safety.Provide timely and accurate information on the company's safety concerns, enabling informed decision-making and proactive risk management.Ensure the Ground Operations comply with the latest national and international safety regulations and best practices.EducationDegree in Aerospace Engineering or Aeronautical Management, strong educational background in aerospace or aeronautical disciplines.Experience+3 years of experience in Ground Operations+3 years of experience working with safety and compliance departments to address safety issues and implement corrective actions.Familiarity with Safety Management Systems (SMS) principles and practices.CompetenciesGood communication and problem-solving skillsGood organizational and multitasking skillsAbility to work in a team and independently.LanguagesEnglish C1 - SpanishLocationViladecans, BarcelonaLevelIndividual Contributor 5#J-18808-Ljbffr
