Role Overview: As a Swedish-speaking Sales Representative, you will be integral in driving sales and managing client relationships for Google products.
Your fluency in Swedish will be essential for engaging with Swedish-speaking clients and prospects.
You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing accounts, and contributing to the success of our sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities: Sales Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for Google products, including Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing solutions.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with Swedish-speaking clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
Account Management: Oversee and manage client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, addressing any issues, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Sales Strategy Execution: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns to achieve targets and drive revenue growth.
Market Research: Conduct research to stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in Swedish-speaking markets.
Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of Google products and their benefits, and communicate this knowledge effectively to clients and prospects.
Sales Reporting: Monitor and report on sales activities, performance metrics, and progress towards goals, providing regular updates to the sales team.
Client Support: Assist clients with onboarding, product setup, and ongoing support to ensure a positive experience and effective use of Google products.
