Descripción completa del empleoBachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Construction or related fieldProject Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent5+ years' experience delivering HV / MV grid interconnection projects, substations and overhead lines / cables, involving working with Electricity Utilities.Demonstrated understanding of HV / MV electrical safety standards & protocols.Professional communication skills in English and Spanish or ItalianThis role is available in Madrid and Milan The AWS Infrastructure Energy Team (IET) is looking for a Grid Delivery Manager to own the delivering large scale critical HV/ MV grid interconnection projects within EMEA under tight deadlines. If you like to leverage your technical understanding of critical substation projects including cables and overhead lines from design through energization phase, we'd like to meet you. Your work will help drive the grid infrastructure delivery program, standardize processes, develop tools for delivery executions, support financial budgeting and act as the point of contact between AWS and electricity utilities.

Preferred QualificationsMaster's Degree (MBA/MS) preferred.Experience designing substations or other energy infrastructure.Experience working for utilities and with or for energy regulators.Experience with IT infrastructure, data centers and cloud services.Ability to converse in German and/or French is advantageous.Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
