Green Steel Project Engineer

Alkeymia, a company that deploys Green Hydrogen and derived molecules projects belonging to the Capital Energy group, is looking to hire a Green Steel Project Engineer to take projects from origination and conceptualization con to maturity in large scale projectsResponsibilities: Establish project objectives.Prepare, schedule, coordinate and supervise project engineering.Verify compliance with required codes, practices and regulations.Develop subcontracting and delivery strategy.Establish the project acceleration plan through feasibility studies and FEED.Prevention of occupational risks.Time management.Budgeting.Cost control.Coordination of multidisciplinary teams.Preparation of calculations and simulations.Requirements: Higher degree in engineering.Knowledge of the iron and steel sector - Essential knowledge of DRI (Direct Reduced Iron). Renewable energies and energy market valued.Financial training desirable.At least 3 years in similar positions.Knowledge of the energy sector (especially renewable and gas sector).Knowledge of project management tools.Knowledge of computer tools: ArcGIS, CAD, spreadsheets, Microsoft Project, etc. is desirable.Spanish: high (B2 or higher).English: high (B2 or higher).Competencies:Leadership.Ability to work autonomously.Organisation.Proactivity.Ability to analyse and improve processes.Project management and documentation.Communication skills.Ability to work as part of a team.Project management and documentation.Ability to deal with complex challenges and interact with all disciplines.Tipo de Jornada:Full time
