Greek-Speaking Customer Service Representative Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Salary: €1059/month + free accommodation in shared company-rented apartments OR €1259/month without accommodation.
Working for a leading household brand manufacturer.
Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries via phone and email.Assist with product usage queries and provide solutions to concerns.Offer information regarding product ingredients and composition.Provide support in emergencies and improper product usage.Working Hours: Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (8:00 AM - 6:00 PM).Shift: Rotational shift patterns.Accommodation Option: Company-provided shared accommodation (own bedroom in shared accommodation for the contract duration).Fully furnished apartments (including kitchen, TV, internet).Utilities included (water, gas, electricity, cable TV, internet with responsible use).Location: 20 to 60 minutes away from the workplace.Eligibility: Available to those living more than 100 km away from Lisbon.Living Setup: Rooms are only for employees; no pets allowed.Upon arrival, bedding and towels are provided.This role is ideal for someone proficient in Greek, seeking a customer-facing position.
Please note relocation to Lisbon is Mandatory.
