We are looking for a Jack or Jill of All Trades who will thrive in a dynamically changing environment.
You will report to our Head of HR & Hospitality.
Responsibilities: Assist in recruitment: drafting job and internship descriptions, posting job and internship ads, screening applications, arranging interviews, conducting interviews, completing reference checks, drafting offers, and more.Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding of team members.Assist in keeping our performance system on track by arranging regular performance reviews and collecting everyone's OKRs (Objectives and Key Results).Conduct the end-of-month payroll and admin process.Manage HR admin tasks such as registering vacation and remote work requests.Take ownership of the HR legal tasks in Spain and France.Assist in the organization of team events.Assist in the launch of new HR initiatives.Complete various HR research on work law, for benchmark purposes, and more.Help develop our culture.Assist in the management of the team.
Depending on the seasonality as well as your bandwidth, skills and interest, you may be involved with other projects.

Position based in Barcelona
Employment start: Q1 2025
Indefinite contract with a 2-month trial period
Work rate of 80%-100% (4 or 5 days per week)
We have a flexible home office policy and our team meets at the office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays (at a coworking space in Poblenou).
