Job Title: GRC Solutions Senior Analyst - Archer IRM
Summary of the role: The GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance) Solutions Senior Analyst is responsible for defining, building, delivering, and maintaining Risk Management applications in alignment with the Amadeus business strategy. This role will enable Amadeus' DTS area (Digital and Transformation Services) to improve overall business performance by implementing Corporate solutions (Archer IRM/SAP GRC) to enable process automation.
The ideal candidate will understand the requirements of internal customers, proposing solutions that support their needs while keeping processes and tools as standard and integrated as possible.
This involves delivering the agreed solution (as per initial scope, timing, and cost), maintaining, and evolving the deployed solutions. The role involves defining, implementing, and supporting all Risk Management processes under the Archer IRM and SAP GRC tools across the following risk disciplines:
IT & Security Risk ManagementThird Party GovernanceRegulatory and Corporate ComplianceEnterprise and Operational Risk ManagementYour main responsibilities: Automated Solution Identification: Propose system solutions based on high-level business requirements.Recommend potential solutions to Business-related GRC processes.Advise team members on solutions that meet their requirements while maintaining standard and integrated processes and tools.Functional Design: Collect and review detailed business specifications with internal teams (Finance, CISO, Legal, and DTS) for GRC functions.Define functional specifications of the solution using standard solutions whenever possible.Create functional designs to be validated by the business.Solution Construction, Delivery, Maintenance, and Support: Prepare technical requirements with the technical team and support the development team during software implementation.Build the solution based on agreed requirements and perform end-to-end functional/non-regression/performance tests.Deliver the agreed solution on time, focusing on agility throughout the development cycle.Provide application support and propose enhancements to mitigate risks and improve processes.Release Management: Identify and analyze potential improvements for each release.Ensure a smooth implementation of SaaS releases, identifying potential impacts on current processes and providing alternatives.Manage an overall consolidated release plan.About the ideal candidate: Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: Proven knowledge of Archer IRM in an admin role. Between 3-5 years of experience implementing Archer IRM solution across multiple functional modules, including integrations with other systems using the Archer Data Feed Manager or API functionality.
Skills: Strong understanding of GRC principles and processes (Risk Management frameworks, Control frameworks, Cyber Security / Information Technology risk management processes, Third Party risk management processes, issues and exception management, etc.)
Communication: Excellent skills in collecting business specifications, creating functional designs, and providing documentation.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to propose system solutions and enhancements.
Project Management: Experience in managing timelines and ensuring accuracy and agility in development cycles.
