Graphics Specialist

I. Expectations of a Graphics Specialist

Works with Marketing Officers with the effective design of print and digital marketing collaterals.
Familiar with photo and video post-production works to help enhance output quality.
Knows how to create digital visual effects and motion graphics which will be used in video outputs.
Participates during field production work while helping the team maintain all equipment.
Collaborates with partner suppliers and ad agencies to ensure best results.

II. Expectations of a member of the Marketing & Sales Team

Actively participates in brainstorming and benchmarking sessions.
Exhibits a passion for excellence and willingness to think outside of the box.
Assists in overseeing Cathay Land brand compliance and updates materials as necessary for the highest quality brand assurance.
Assists in maintaining Cathay Land's photo library and regularly maintains all files, databases, resources, and materials relating to areas of work.

III. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphics Design, Multimedia Arts or equivalent.
Proficiently uses Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva and PowerPoint applications.
At least 2-3 years work experience from a Marketing, Advertising, Creative Agency or Real Estate Company.
Ability to cope, manage and handle multiple, and simultaneous (volume) marketing projects and campaigns.
Ability to develop strategic and innovative marketing solutions for the company.
Decent oral and written English skills.
