The ideal candidate will have a meticulous eye for effective and elevated design, with a strong visual understanding of brand aesthetics. As a Graphic Designer, you will be passionate about designing successful paid advertising campaigns and will work closely with our growth team to create impactful work. Key Responsibilities: Digital Design: Develop visual concepts, graphics, and layouts for digital advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, Email (Klaviyo ads), and organic content for Instagram). Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives, presenting design concepts and incorporating feedback into final designs. Brand Alignment: Ensure all designs meet brand standards and align with project briefs and brand guidelines. Trend Integration: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and strategies, integrating new resources and techniques where needed. Motion Graphics: Experience with motion graphics is a strong plus. Qualifications: Language Skills: Proficient in English with strong communication skills. Experience: Proven experience as a digital designer with a portfolio of strong paid advertising work. Technical Skills: Proficiency in design and motion graphics software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.), Figma. Attributes: Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles; excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Nice-to-Haves: Bachelors degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field. Experience in creating content for Instagram and other social media platforms.
