A Graphic Designer (preferably) with copy-writing skills is required with the main task of enhancing the internal communication of the Company, based on brand and area guidelines.She/he will provide online and offline graphic support, elaboration of news and content to be uploaded to our internal communication channels (both the writing and the design of the required graphic pieces).In turn, she/he will collaborate with the Employer Branding area in the development of creative concepts and copy, as well as specific material for social networks: LinkedIn and Instagram in coordination with Marketing and Social Media.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESGraphic design of campaigns and Internal Communication creative pieces: creation and adaptation of graphic materials, content proposals and review of final creativities. Photographic retouching.Videos (preferably): creation of audiovisual material in video format. Recording skills, edition, adaptation…Manage and coordinate a content calendar (at corporate and BU level) for all our internal communication channels: MyNH APP, Intranet, desktop, mails, newsletters, offline material, internal TV Channels. Publication and contents coordination with other Business Units, as well as provide them with occasional design support.Feeding the repository of Internal Communication and Employer Branding materials in SharePoint for BUs.Content identification and edition (via contents management programmes) to our different platforms: MyNH APP, Intranet, desktop, mails, newsletters, offline material, internal TV Channels.Upload content periodically to our internal communication channels.Copywriting: text creation and adaptation of texts for Internal Comms and Employer Branding contents.Social Media specific tasksIdentification of contents, elaboration of texts and, occasionally, publication of those contents both in our NH Careers profile at Instagram and LinkedIn.Monitoring of Social Media campaigns and calendar, metrics follow up.STUDIES(Preferably) Bachelor's degree. Valuable postgraduate studies. Fields: marketing, communication, internal communication, audiovisual, journalism, advertising.Training cycle in Graphic Design or Graphic Arts.SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGEInterest and/or experience for Internal and External Communication, Marketing and Social Media.Advanced knowledge of image processing software (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign) and video editing (Adobe Premiere and Adobe After Effects) is essential.(Preferably) Text writing (Spanish and English).(Preferably) Previous experience in Internal/External Communication or Marketing departments at companies or media firms, advertising or communication agencies will be valued.Medium knowledge in content creation, social networks and office automation (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).High level of spoken and written English is essential.
