We are looking for a natural team player, who is results-oriented and loves working with people from different cultures. This person will work closely with the country marketing teams and other group areas (i.E. sales, recruitment...) to support them in their growth strategies.As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating, developing, and adapting a variety of modern marketing assets. You will be in charge of supporting the Sector Alarm brand assets to be more engaging, innovative and generate more interest. In this role, you will be a mover and with a positive energy, pragmatically working to help the business, engage and attract new clients.The ideal Brand Designer candidate has an eagle eye for detail, follows efficient processes, is technically adept and has an innovative mindset with a proven track record of achievement.Main ResponsibilitiesCreate new assets and master templates aligned with the Brand image and positioning with the objective of generating brand awareness and purchase intentConstantly improve Marketing and other assets using data insights, advertising performance reports, market research, competitors benchmarks and customer surveysWork closely with the Commercial teams to ensure that our advertising reflects Sector Alarm ´s Commercial Strategy and key selling pointsUnderstand the current workflows and existing branding guidelines and use them to deliver effective creative concepts that bring new leads.Lead and own design projects with minimal oversightUse our brand guidelines to adapt or produce designs across a variety of formats, including printed sales collateral, social media, magazines and moreWork cross functionally with other teams such as Lead Acquisition, Website UX, or sales to help them in the standardization of creatives, and make the best possible design happenWork closely with local agencies to develop new and creative concepts and adapt them to local market needsWhat Is Your Background2-3 years of experience working with brands to develop visual branding and design across many mediums including websites, video, events and advertisingAbility to take an asset and produce a variety of deliverables in pixel perfect formA strong online portfolio showcasing design workStrong skills in Adobe CS (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesing, Photoshop beta), Adobe After Effects, Betta apps and a passion for learning new softwares and increasing productivity through relevant AI apps
