Omega CRM is a Merkle & Dentsu company, leader in development of Customer Experience services, with +20 years of experience in the use of Technology applied to Marketing and providing a unique Customer Relationship with mainly focus on Innovation is looking for a Graphic Designer.Key Responsibilities:Create Original Assets: Design compelling visual assets from scratch for online eshops, including banners, touts, email templates, and paid ad creatives.Resize & Adjust Assets: Modify and optimize existing assets provided by global brand teams for use on various platforms (web, CRM, owned media, paid media).Localization: Adapt existing assets into multiple languages, ensuring that visual integrity and brand consistency are maintained when integrating translations.Animated Asset Creation: Develop engaging GIFs and/or MP4 animations for dynamic use across different digital platforms.Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with the regional brand/online and e-activation teams to ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and campaign goals.Key Qualifications:Proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign. AfterEffects is a plus).Familiarity with the AI tools within Adobe Suite to enhance design workflow and creative output.Strong skills in creating animated assets (GIFs/MP4) for online platforms.Experience in working with both original creations and localizing existing assets for different languages and regions.Strong attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment.An understanding of beauty or consumer products industries is a plus.What do we offer:Permanent contract.Flexible Schedule.
