Key Responsibilities: Works on projects to plan and create concept arts and marketing copies that meet organizational standards, business goals and branding guidelines, and submits them for approval of the Direct Manager or up to the level of the CEO. Co-manages, with the Marketing Manager, the digital media channels of the Organization. Edits and uploads to different platforms other visuals as required by the Direct Manager or requestors from other Departments, such as Department Heads or anyone in the Organization deputized by the Direct Manager or the CEO. Guarantees the incorporation of the inputs from the Direct Manager or anyone deputized from other Departments, such as, but not limited to, the Department Heads, allowing necessary modifications or adjustments to meet, if not exceed, the latter's expectations. Collaborates with members of the Creatives Team, e.g., UI/UX Designer, Content Writer, Marketing Manager, etc., and members of cross-functional teams. Uses best-in-class software and other tools for work. Suggests a timeline for the completion of each project and sends regular progress reports. Ensures that the execution of each project is within the deadline and budget allocation. Turns over access to all the drafts, other outputs and the finished products to the Company through the Hiring Manager. Evaluates processes, methods and procedures, determines opportunities and risks, and suggests changes deemed necessary to improve marketing and design efficiency and quality. Observes current market trends and industry best practices in marketing and design and integrates these into our work system or environment. Performs ad hoc tasks required by the Direct Manager, the CEO, and anyone deputized by either of the two. Minimum Requirements: At least five (5) years of experience as a Graphics Designer, with a considerable portfolio that can be shared for review and evaluation. A Bachelor's degree in Graphics Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia Arts or something similar is preferred but not required. Experience working in the IT industry, especially in the network engineering and/or cybersecurity segment, is preferred but not required. Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite and other graphic design software. Understanding of UI/UX design, marketing, and web development is preferred but not required. Excellent collaboration skills. Excellent project management skills. Ability to thrive working on concurrent projects with the same level of demands and on tight deadlines. Job Type: Full-time
