.DescriptionOur Branding department seeks a talented and passionate Graphic Designer to collaborate with the Branding and Creative area in delivering exceptional visual experiences worldwide. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape The Ocean Race's global brand identity for upcoming events by creating motion graphic assets, enhancing design elements, and driving creative innovation to strengthen our visual storytelling.The Graphic Designer position will start as soon as possible and will continue through the end of The Ocean Race Europe in August 2025, based in Alicante. The role is offered on a seasonal contract that will be reactivated during the pre-race and race periods for upcoming events, scheduled for August 2026 and the first and second quarters of 2027.Key Responsibilities:Develop motion graphic assets for broadcasting, social media platforms (including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and others), adhering to branding guidelines.Assemble and edit content quickly, experimenting with different approaches to achieve the most effective results.Create polished final edits, incorporating color correction, sound mixing, motion graphics, and captions.Ensure brand consistency by applying The Ocean Race graphic design guidelines in all deliverables.Support art direction for creative campaigns and projects, ensuring visual excellence.Assist host ports, teams, stakeholders, and The Ocean Race staff with materials in accordance with brand identity guidelines.Stay up to date with the latest trends in video and motion graphics, integrating fresh and exciting ideas into the work.Design and produce various materials as needed for the Branding department.Report and work closely with the Head of Brand and collaborate with Junior Designers and Video Editor profiles.Identify opportunities to optimize design processes and workflows.Provide support to other departments as needed, such as Events, Hospitality, and more.What We Offer:The opportunity to be part of a globally recognized brand and contribute to prestigious international events, working within a diverse and international team.A dynamic, creative, and fast-paced work environment that encourages innovation and excellence.Free fruit and coffee to keep you energized throughout the day.Comprehensive health insurance coverage.A fun, supportive team with regular monthly team-building activities.The chance to collaborate with passionate and talented colleagues dedicated to pushing creative boundaries.Minimum requirementsThe ideal candidate will possess the following:Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality visual content.Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign. Skills in After Effects are an advantage.Previous work experience in a creative or digital marketing/branding agency is highly desirable
