Job Summary: We are seeking a Graphic Designer to plan, execute, manage, direct, and lead the design for our global Clear Correct initiatives. This role will play a pivotal part in shaping and evolving our brand's visual identity across all touchpoints, ensuring a strong and consistent brand presence globally. The Graphic Designer will collaborate closely with Branding, Marketing, Digital, and Communications teams to develop innovative design solutions that align with the creative strategy while adhering to Clear Correct's brand guidelines, timelines, and budgetary constraints. This individual will manage design projects from concept through to final execution, ensuring high-quality outcomes across various mediums, including print, digital, static, and motion graphics. Additionally, the Graphic Designer will work with external creative agencies as well as regional counterparts to maintain consistent brand representation and design excellence across all deliverables. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who can push creative boundaries and deliver fresh, modern, and innovative designs that elevate Clear Correct's brand and connect with a global audience in the orthodontics space.
Key Responsibilities: Concept and Design Development: Create and design a wide range of marketing materials, including but not limited to flyers, ads, banners, emails, packaging, brochures, social media graphics, and presentations. Develop illustrations, animations, and storyboards using brand elements and appropriate layouts, ensuring all work aligns with Clear Correct's brand platform and Straumann Group guidelines. Create, edit, and optimize images using Photoshop and other design software for use across digital and print platforms. Brand Consistency and Compliance: Maintain visual consistency across all channels and deliverables, ensuring adherence to Clear Correct's brand guidelines as well as Straumann Group compliance parameters. Provide creative direction to external vendors and agencies, as well as regional and local creative teams, ensuring all deliverables meet brand standards and business objectives. Project Management and Collaboration: Analyze design briefs, determine requirements, and produce brand-compliant designs within agreed-upon deadlines, adhering to the Global Marketing & Education Team SLAs. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product Marketing, and Clinical Education, to ensure timely delivery of creative work that aligns with business and campaign objectives. Prepare mockups, test creative concepts across various media, incorporate feedback, and present refined ideas. Creative Direction and Innovation: Conceptualize and execute visual ideas from start to finish, ensuring all designs contribute to a strong and consistent brand identity. Assist in conducting photo and video shoots, capturing internal products, events, and team members as needed to support marketing initiatives. Propose innovative design solutions by applying design principles such as color, typography, and imagery to enhance brand experiences. Other Responsibilities: Partner with other Straumann Group brands and global teams to align on best practices and build a creative network within the organization. Perform additional duties as assigned to support the ongoing creative needs of the business. Qualifications: Strong portfolio showcasing previous design projects, campaigns, illustrations across various media is required Bachelor's degree in design, Fine Arts or related field is preferred 3+ years of proven graphic design experience Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, and PowerPoint Strong knowledge of typography, layout, color, and branding guidelines Computer fluency on both Mac and PC platforms Understanding of 360-degree campaign development and multi-channel marketing Strong grasp of browser capabilities and design best practices Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects concurrently Excellent communication skills, both visual and verbal Passion for current and emerging design trends Ability to translate insights into compelling visual storytelling Expertise in image optimization, retouching, manipulation, and color correction Experience with animation, motion graphics, and dynamic interactions Familiarity with UX/UI design principles Collaborative team player with cross-functional teams Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities Creative problem-solver who brings new ideas and iterates on work All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, or disability.
