New Joiner training (NJT) includes theoretical and practice "hands on" exercises, the latter undertaken in small teams. After completing NJT your initial Junior Consultant career path will be agreed with you before your exciting and varied consulting future begins.Junior Consultants will join a team where you will apply your latest training knowledge directly to an assigned project.You will learn how to Implement financial accounting controls or mapping data into industrialized data models or developing descriptive and predictive analytics.You will learn how to analyze business-related problems based on your new financial or technological understanding.You might be part of a financial transformation project, as you and your EY ifb team introduces standardized business processes and regulatory controls to manage large European corporations' financials more efficiently.You will benefit from our culture of teamwork which is characterized by challenging work, trust, cooperation, and innovative collective thinking.These projects are exciting, as every client's situation is different.
