The Team: You will join the Global Sales Enablement team. The global Sales Enablement team empowers internal Sales Celonauts to acquire role-specific knowledge and develop the skills to drive business growth. We do that through the design and execution of innovative training and enablement programs, the delivery of tailored training and enablement sessions, actionable data insights, and a consultative approach that fosters a growth mindset.
The Role: As a Celonis Sales Enablement graduate, you will be responsible for supporting the Sales Enablement team in creating impactful enablement programs for our global sales organization. To do this, you will work closely with enablement managers and the go-to-market organization to organize onboarding processes, enablement calls, and annual sales certifications. You will also support our team in operating our new sales enablement platform to enhance and smooth the user experience and in creating learning experiences for our global customers and partners on their journey to becoming true Celonis experts.
The work you'll do: Operate and administer our new Sales Enablement PlatformSpecial focus on Enablement Analytics project: dashboards creations, attendance reports on enablement sessions creation.
