Graduate Resource PlannerLocation: MadridType: GraduateStart date: as soon as possibleAs a resource planner, you will create short-, medium- to long-term planning and schedules for all operational service resources whilst making decisions to communicate and deliver service.You will be part of the Resource Planner team to support Philips Health Systems Customer Service throughout Spain.Your role:Making short and medium-long-term decisions to deliver service balancing conflicting demands and business obligations, and customer demands.Creating a resourcing plan and service order fulfillment schedule to deliver on commitment and have an optimized resource allocation across service engineers and service parts.Receiving, monitoring, developing, and dispatching service orders for service engineers and resources.Acting as a single point of contact for exception and escalation of service orders for customers, and service engineers in a professional manner (analysis, registration, communication, and timely escalation).Forecasting, planning, analyzing, and monitoring service execution for the workforce and preventive maintenance.You're the right fit if:You are a recent graduate (within the last two years) with a university or FP degree in ADE, Administration or similar.You are proactive, communicative, optimistic and you like to work in a team. You have a problem-solving mindset.You speak fluent Spanish and you have at least a good level of English.You can work with MS Office suite, and you have very good skills in Excel.How we work togetherWe believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.
