About the job:Primarily, you will be providing technical support to our external customers, utilizing your remote diagnostic capabilities.
Focusing on Liquid and Gas Chromatography products, your goal will be to reduce customer downtime and identify repair strategies.
As a Remote Support Engineer, you will be:Identify customer issues and provide a high level of reactive and proactive technical services in support of Agilent's product portfolio.Ensure customer satisfaction by guiding, assisting, and training users on maintenance and configurations.Remote troubleshooting on hardware and software.Providing problem resolution to optimize the efficiency and uptime availability of customer systems. We are looking for a motivated individual with the following background:A recent university degree in a Chemistry or Life Sciences based discipline.Experience in chromatography analytical techniques (LC, GC, HPLC).Full proficiency in English and French. Apart from these more technical skills, you should also have:Excellent communication (and with it, potential customer service) skills.A logical approach to problem-solving.The ability to organize and prioritize your workload effectively.A strong valuation of processes and the ability to follow them accordingly with strong attention to detail, with the final aim to ensure compliance with Agilent's Quality standards.The ability to set customer expectations and balance customer requirements with Agilent's business needs.The ability to both work independently as well as within teams.
