Your role: Act as enabler for our Philips Quality policy, driving key quality processes in the field of medical devices and consumer products enabling us to distribute world class products effectively and efficiently, thereby contributing to improve People lives.
Main Responsibilities summarized:
• Promotes Quality awareness level and fostering Quality Culture
• Driving quality systems deployments and promotes Continuous Improvements
• Driving achievement of Quality goals and Key Performance Indicators
• Hosts/coordinates and supports audits and inspections of Market sites
• Manages markets activities for Correction and Removal, Customer feedback and complaints activities
• Take care of General Quality topics, Quality Strategy and Implementation, Operational Quality and Post-Market Surveillance
You're the right fit if: 1.You have communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to cooperate with other functions in the organization. You have Quality-focused mindset and attention to details. Pro-activity and willingness to learn and grow.
2. Educational level: You are a recent graduate with a bachelor or Master degree in Pharmacy or Biology/Chemistry/other Life Science.
3. Speaking, understanding and writing fluently in English and Spanish. Knowledge of French is a plus
4. You have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role in Quality.
