Join us.Job DescriptionAECOM Buildings + Places is actively seeking a highly organized Graduate Project Manager to be based in our Madrid office.As a Graduate Project Manager, you will be joining a highly motivated and proactive team, working on multidisciplinary projects delivered across several geographies, with the potential to grow and thrive. Managing diverse projects will provide you with the opportunity to learn from professionals from different fields of expertise, acquiring general knowledge of the design and construction process.Also, you will get an overview of the complete project life cycle, from early proposal stages throughout the project planning, set up and execution, up to project closure.The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to, the following tasks:Managing multiple projects of various complexities, working with international delivery teams.Information and document management, and organization of deliveries.Client interface, preparation of presentations, and coordination and set up of meetings, agenda, and meeting minutes.Project performance control and production of project control documentation: risk assessment, schedules, financial control, list of deliverables, reports, etc.Quality control of deliverables, and coordination of project quality control processes.Stakeholder management, including internal stakeholders and assisting the Design Manager with general coordination of the delivery team.Coordination and management of project subcontractors, including procurement.General assistance in business development tasks, including preparation of proposal bid documentation.QualificationsUniversity Degree in Planning, Design, Architecture, Engineering or Construction fields.English fluent (oral and written at proficiency level: C1+) is essential. Other European language proficiency will be a plus (German, Italian, French, Spanish, Polish, Dutch)
