Job Description: Within the Finance Department in Spain, this position will give support to several Global Clients of Havas Media Group in its day-to-day finance transactions.Process monitoring, billing & collection activity, payment to suppliers, treasury, and different currencies management will be the main responsibilities.He or She will also interact with colleagues from Client Hubs and Spain's Finance team.This position is based in Madrid (Currently enjoying a Hybrid mode of work: 3 days at the Havas Village & 2 days at home). ROLE PROFILE: A young and highly motivated individual focused on starting/developing a finance career within a global and multicultural environment.Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and fluent in English (both written and spoken) are mandatory requirements since most of the day-to-day work is performed in English.
French is also valued.Previous work experience of 1-2 years in Finance Departments is desirable although it is not mandatory.Highly energetic and hands-on.
Open-minded and able to interact at all levels of an organization.Hard worker and able to handle data with a high standard of quality.
Detail-oriented.Capable of dealing with multiple deadlines and information requests at the same time.Enthusiastic, "can do" attitude and collaborative work style.Advanced user of MS Office, especially Excel. Contract Type: Intern
