About The Role & Team SITA Barcelona is on the lookout for recent graduates to join our Skystar Program within the product manager function, initially for a 12-months period, with the potential for a permanent position.
In this role, you'll support the execution of SITA's Applications portfolio strategy, contributing to strategic, financial, and customer satisfaction goals across various product lines.
You will help shape product strategies aimed at revenue and profit growth, while managing product performance throughout its life cycle.
Working closely with the Apps Product Managers, you'll gain hands-on experience on impactful projects, providing a strong foundation for future career growth.
You'll sharpen both soft and technical skills, learn to thrive in dynamic environments, and develop strong situational awareness, key to success in any professional setting.

Qualifications WHAT YOU WILL DO Analyze market trends and customer needs to support the development of product vision and strategy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Operations, Sales) to ensure smooth product development and delivery.
Assist in managing the product lifecycle from concept through retirement.
Support the go-to-market strategy for new services and product evolutions.
Contribute to customer interactions, bids, and pre-sales activities to support sales efforts.
Help organize user groups and engage with stakeholders to gather insights and feedback.
Assist in tracking product performance and profitability.
Support the execution of business cases and investment proposals.
Contribute to the management of external partnerships and supplier relationships.
Ensure efficient product cost management in collaboration with contractors and service providers.
Who You Are Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Master's degree in Product Management, Airline/Airport Management, Aviation Operations, or a related field.
1+ years of professional experience (including internships) in product management or aviation related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment.
