We're bridging two worlds, moving towards more sustainable energy sources, while helping to provide the energy, chemicals and resources needed now.As part of the Worley Graduate Community and under supervision and mentorship within the architectural engineering department, you will assist in the delivery of engineering services to Worley and our customers.On your typical work day you will...Work within a design team on various projectsRun design workshops and presentations with the different project stakeholdersDeliver architectural services that meet Worley and its customers' requirements, and applicable statutory and regulatory specifications, on time and within budgetPerform architectural master planning services such as: contributing to appropriate studies, analyses, and recommend actions; and assisting with the preparation of detailed designs and drawings, specifications, data, calculations, and reportsCommunicate effectively with the master planning team and project stakeholders, including the customerIdentify issues and problems, develop appropriate solutions, and ask for assistance if requiredProvide visualization support on video and image production tasksWork on BIM/Revit models and AutoCAD drawingsKey ResponsibilitiesBe based in Spain with the option of hybrid working spending time between office and homeBe part of the Transport, Infrastructure and Logistics (TIL) business line in the EMEA RegionReport to the Master Planning Practice Lead for EMEA, based in London, UKCollaborate in a global master planning network with the combined goal to support and grow the industrial master planning service offer across all regionsApply and develop new design thinking principles to the master planning process to define, assess and develop appropriate solutions that are human-centric and balancing the needs of people and planetApply and integrate new methods of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) into the spatial master planning process, finding innovative solutions to make facilities greener, more user centric and efficientCollaborate with other Worley Consulting business lines of TIL, Environment and Water, and Energy, Chemicals and Resources Advisory to cross-sell and enhance the client service offerEvaluate new opportunities to integrate AI and generative design capabilities in the master planning processProvide opportunities to travel on business and have a desire to experience different cultures and ways of workingQualificationsA recognized and relevant Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
