Graduate - International Product Manager - Benetton

Application criteria: No more than 3 years of experience post-graduation, dedicated to young talent.
In the lifestyle HQ department, we are looking for a Graduate Product Manager for Benetton fragrances. The graduate will assist the teams in the development of the future marketing plans for the brand. His/her role would also focus on promo development for the new projects.
What you'll get to doParticipate in ideating concepts for new launches/animations (moodboards, concept research, names, packaging ideas, design, etc.)Lead Promotional calendar and its product development projectsSupport on Content Creation for commercial periodsSupport the teams during all steps of innovation development & coordinate the development of all support materials to guarantee successful launch along with internal teams (communication, PR, digital, POS, training materials, activation)Creation of Marketing presentations for business meetingsElaboration of briefs for service providers, production companies, and external creative teamsFollow-up of the shootings from preparation to post-productionCoordination with the different internal departments (marketing development, e-business, etc.)Guarantee deadlines and project planningDescripción del perfil:We'd love to meet you if you have: We are looking for a passionate candidate with strong communication skills, both in Spanish and English, a special sensibility and aesthetic taste, mixed with analytical and organizational skills.
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a similar position (as Intern/Apprentice included)
Education: University Degree or Master in Business School, specialization in Marketing or design.
Languages: Spanish & English mandatory
