Our Saica Graduate Expert Program is a two-year program designed to grow in making an impact on the world while developing professionally and personally.
Our Graduate Expert program serves as a stepping stone to bigger and better career opportunities within Saica as an Industrial Operations Graduate Expert.
Some of the tasks you will be responsible for are: Create, define, and implement actions related to production, process, and maintenance to ensure the effectiveness of the strategic plan.
Implement, promote, and maintain the group management system in the production area.
Participate in the preparation and execution of the Annual Investment Plan (PAI).
Participate in the monitoring of productivity and quality objectives following the guidelines established for continuous improvement and corrective actions, if applicable, according to the Group's directives.
Search for new developments in production by visiting suppliers and other plants.
Learn new systems; keep up with new technologies, machinery, etc.
Analyse customer complaints coming from the quality department and prepare the action plan to correct and avoid them.
Provide support for product enhancements.
Participation in industrial trials and joint development innovation projects with customers and suppliers.
Requirements : Academic Qualification: Just graduated in Chemical, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering Bachelor/Master.
Desirable: Knowledge of plastic properties, plastic processing, and industrial processes.
Optional: PhD.
Experience: Have experience in a similar role in an industrial environment, maximum of two years working experience since graduation.
International experiences (Erasmus,...) is a plus.
High written and spoken English (B2).
