Responsibilities Assist with Global rollouts and project management related to Essity Connect.
Collaborate with internal Global teams to ensure seamless implementation and adoption.
Drive trainings in new way of working.
Handle Employee experience and change management as a top priority towards an operator centric approach.
Proactively maintain and develop the applications necessary for the right performance of the new way of working.
Build up Factory knowledge Developing the capabilities of engineers is critical because enhanced skills enable engineers to create innovative solutions, streamline processes, and optimize digital systems and processes.
In a rapidly evolving tech landscape, skilled engineers can adapt to new tools, languages, and methodologies.
Well-trained engineers give organizations an edge by driving digital transformation effectively.
They also ensure robust, secure, and reliable methodologies.
As part of your tasks you will be: Developing production skills, learn to troubleshoot and gain knowledge of the product supply industry.
Creating technical skills in different areas (Continuous improvement and TPM).
Understanding production processes and work methods to get a deeper knowledge of the factories to identify opportunities of improvement.
Identifying Best Practices to improve or generate methods, processes or tools.
Who You Are Bachelor's degree or Student in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline).
Strong interest in digitalization, process improvement, and project management.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Proficiency in both Spanish and English languages is essential.
